Biomechanical Assessments & Treatment
Many chiropractors focus only on the site of pain, often neglecting the fundamental principles of movement, balance, and stability. Chiropractors (and other physical therapists) are often eager to apply adjustments, massages, or home exercises to the symptomatic area. While this approach is sometimes necessary in acute injuries, in more complex cases this method often results in only temporary benefits, and necessitates frequent visits until the underlying biomechanical issues are considered.
My method evaluates the body's fundamental biomechanics at every visit; assessing how well the body functions, not just the area that is symptomatic. This approach allows for chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques and exercises to be prescribed with an understanding of the underlying biomechanical or functional discrepancies that need to be addressed. This strategy offers a tailored treatment plan that is unique to the individual, offering an effective pathway to healing and improved function.

Went to Ed feeling rather broken- a lot of neck pain, headaches and constantly aching hips. After a consultation and three sessions I feel like a new man!
